Core Buildout Includes:

• Your Business Branding – logos and images (up to 10 included in this package)
• up to 10 products built into the V-Commerce System
• Customizations and additions available at an additional charge
• 10 MegaVerus Ace Access Blockchain Tokens which are required to build up to a 4 floor building on a single silver lot.

***We have a Blueprint Collection you will be able to choose from for building style selection. Whichever you choose, the $150 per month will pay the virtual building off in 24 months.

*** Once you begin using your property, a monthly utility fee will begin and be based on your build choice along with traffic. Utility fees start at $25 per month

*** Buildout begins once virtual land and building are fully paid. There are no early payment penalties. Should you decide to open your business earlier, you have the option to pay the balance early and begin buildout. (Most buildouts are complete and ready for operation within 4 weeks once construction begins)
